Failing call CS and have them test, do not keep powering off/on especially if on older fttc copper connection, re booting is not your solution. And if you still have your old BT hub, you can always re connect it as it should work fine on the broadband....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I had bt hub for 3 years no problems the ee hub I haven't had a day where I&lt;BR /&gt;have to rebot it &amp;amp; constantly doing speed test</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1532262"&gt;@Paw5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;To get to the test in the app.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logon and from home go to manage at the bottom, middle of the app&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to run a speed test and tap it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will run and give you a status, then you can test your broadband connection, tap on it and it will test and show what the connection is like.&amp;nbsp; Tap on still having problems and you will see test you broadband, tap it and it will run a long test for inside and outside of your home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will give you options&amp;nbsp; and they'll restart the hub, and they'll send a text message if you provide your mobile.&amp;nbsp; This will give you a start on resolving things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think it's "rubbish" (I haven't had problems with the hub itself asuch since the service started on Friday, but looking to replace it for other reasons)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1532262"&gt;@Paw5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;What do you mean by constantly doing speed tests - is this because your devices are struggling to connect to it?&amp;nbsp; (this can be for a lot of reasons apart from there being a problem with the line itself, though the hub restarting itself is strange)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For instance, are you struggling to get a connection upstairs?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We switched from sky and frankly wishing we hadn’t, EE are simply not listening to my husband at all. Granted during switching there was a road accident that completely wiped out the Openreach box at the bottom of the road, but EE don’t seem to have addressed getting us switched on by the Openreach technicians , but had the cheek to send us a bill for original switch over day on 5th of September, now the 12th and no service &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt; and can l just add the the router appears flimsy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
