      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently switched from a legacy Fibre Plus account to a new Full Fibre 150 plan, but my previously plan hasn't been cancelled so I'm still paying two bills. I contacted EE on 04/05/2024 about this but missed the call back on Monday and don't really have time this week to ring up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
