      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m experiencing a problem after the new fibre connection was done last week. The connection keeps dropping out and is unable to stay connected. &lt;P&gt;It looks more likely your iphone is connecting to the mobile network becase of the strong signal over wifi calling on your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having same problem since Jan and went from bt to ee. 3 routers 5 tech visits. Speed mostly ok but not what I'm paying for. Complaints shut down when not resolved or resolved and reappear. All my devices not least than 4 years old. But keeps booting connection. 1 laptop can't connect at all. Others lose it after 10 mins. Skyq box firesticks all have probs. Ee just can't resolve for some reason. I'm giving up&lt;/P&gt;</description>
