You are not alone in having linking problems between BB and Mobile accounts. 35 years with BT for land line, then Broadband& Digital Voice & multiple pay monthly Sims. And a BT trialist for years too.
Moved to EE after multiple fliers. Worse thing I ever did on January24. I haven’t had a bill for BB for 4 months but they take my money. Cannot link mobiles to BB account. Have spent hours and hours over many days on the phone via 150. No reset password link ever arrives, yet I get email from support. Problem not at my end. Have moved to use Apples relay email to avoid my regular email address that seems to be blocked, and have achieved reset for BB account doing this, but still cannot get any view of my mobile accounts. Linking of mobile and bb account simple does not work and never has done. I’m going to move to Vodafone as soon as I can get out of their contract. Another Post Office scandal in the making. The bosses at BT should be shot for poor oversight of EE and those at EE strung up by their vitals. Clearly. BT exec’s cannot be aware of the fiasco EE are making of their consumer business. Perhaps they don’t care. Such a shame as BT a great company with a long history, not perfect, but their stuff just worked

Hi all.

I cannot link my EE broadband account to my EE mobile account like customer services keep telling me “There have been issues with the app but it will be sorted after 12th of April 2024.” Well guess what EE? It has not worked.

Please don’t tell me to ring customer services as they are pretty useless, despite them telling me EE are a premium provider. So far since joining a month ago, I have had no end of issues with my broadband.

Any ideas gratefully received please. And thank you in advance.

I’ve been trying to do the same since January 2024. Didn’t work then, they said Feb, then March April etc. still does work.

I’m off to Vodafone as soon as I can

They are incapable of fixing this simple issue. Don’t waste any more reporting it … vote with your feet

Unless you have it fixed don’t waste you time. They can’t fix it. I’ve been waiting since January 2024.

every month it’s next month.

gove up go elsewhere

I’m off to Vodafone.

It's total incompetence and bull**bleep**ting.

I wonder if the contract can be considered null and void since they are not meeting their obligations. They probably are covered legally.

I have also noticed that my connection is stable since moving from BT. I will also be moving to city fibre when I can.

No BS. Does the link actually work yet?

been waiting since January 24

I have tried everything. Hours on the phone with Tech support. I have done everything they ask and even they admit it doesn’t work in all (I firmly believe any) accounts

We're also having this issue merging our Broadband and Mobile accounts, ongoing since March. Multiple phonecalls and still not sorted. Completely bonkers that I'm unable to see my Broadband bill and yet the money is taken like clockwork each month 🙂
