    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone. &amp;nbsp;Having major issues with the new Smart hub plus on WiFi. The connection drops out loads and takes a long time to kick back in. Ethernet is fine as I have sky glass connected and that never drops out. So I think the issue is with the WiFi and not the core connection into the house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anybody got any suggestions on whether there’s a firmware upgrade coming?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anybody else had any issues with the EE smart hub plus?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;since joining from migration from BT about 6 weeks ago the WiFi has been very hit and miss. It drops out a lot on my devices even when in close range.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the Ethernet connection is fine as I’ve got sky glass and that never drops out. So I believe the issue is only with the WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I work from home so I am considering moving to another company as I cannot cope with it. &amp;nbsp;Every time I phone they do checks on the line and say there’s no fault, which I know is the case as the line has a strong 900mbs connection. It’s this hub that’s the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
