      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made an order last week for broadband but that was cancelled yesterday. I called today to take out a new order which was accepted on the phone and was placed. The order was up and running when I first checked my account and received my leaving email from my current supplier. However I just checked my order and it's disappeared.
