      <description>&lt;P&gt;It just comes up as cancelled and I have never received a code, I think I just assumed it would roll over from BT&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I’ve been advised a code will be emailed within 5 days…..nothing. &amp;nbsp; I’ve been told to contact Microsoft as it’s their issue to fix…..they have said it is not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am paying an extra £12 for a service I am not receiving. Please can someone help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
