I'm out of contract and the price I'm paying now is £38.99.

I'm trying to change to a new plan, but the price is £37.00 for 74mbps. But for new customers it's £29.99.

I really don't want another supplier, EE have been great. Do I really have to cancel to then take up a new plan with EE?

Thanks in advance, Daniel

Would the new plan be the EE New BB Full Fibre 74 Meg Essentials? What plan are currently on? If it is not Full Fibre (FTTP) then switching would give a more reliable service.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Thanks for your reply.

I will have to check with them over the phone about FTTP. I can't do the check because I don't have a phone number, just broadband. I did check on the BT Retail website and it states:

Great news

You could be doing more online with ultrafast Full Fibre 900

Your Stay Fast Guarantee 700Mb

Upload speed 110Mb - 110Mb

With those speeds on offer, would this mean I have FTTP available to me? I can navigate a website just fine, but the finer tech is beyond me 😂

Thanks, Daniel

You don't need a phone no. to run the BTw Availability Checker. You can use the Address Checker from the 3-bar Menu at top.
