Finally spoken to a sensible guy at BT called Darius who after initially saying there’s nothing he can do because i have an Executive Complaint open checked himself apologised & said easy all i have to do is reorder the ending 369 from 17 march EE 500 GB All Rounder plan effective immediately - sounds good so ill keep you posted

What is this mobile or Home BB? Are you referring to the EE New Full Fibre BB 500 Gigabits/sec?
