ethernet problems

hi ,

cant get the ethernet to work on my router , 2nd router ive tried from EE but still no service , anyone else had a similar issue . wifi works but i need the ethernet .

@Johnthomson64 Have you tried a different Ethernet cable ? And a different port on the hub ? Do you have more than one port on the device?
