I would like to order broadband but all I ever get, both on the app and website is “this service is not available”.

I’ve tried every possible way including broadband deals but regardless, I still end up at a screen saying “This service is unavailable”.

@KevT4 , have you spoken to EE customer service and they can then take a look for you and if there is a problem let you know what the problem is?

@KevT4 Is there Openreach services available at your property?

Are you able to see what services are available by using the BTW DSL Checker? Post the results if you are not sure what they mean and we can help with the info. Hide your address though.
