<title>topic Charge for not returning kit in Broadband &amp; Landline</title>
    <link>https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/Charge-for-not-returning-kit/m-p/1379973#M92558</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I moved house in February and have had nothing but issues with EE. They have billed me incorrectly several times which has been sorted but now I'm receiving emails and text messages about a £85 charge unless I return the kit. I have spoken to them on the phone multiple times to say I haven't received a prepaid bag and it appears they keep sending it to my old address even though I have told them my new address and they have set up broadband at my new address. Its just unnessecary stress but I cannot afford for them to just take £85 out of my account. Can anyone advise if they've been able to just drop the old router off at a store and they have returned it on your behalf?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
