Hello we have had openreach out to investigate broadband not working they have determined that there is a software issue with the router and BT equipment and think that the firmware/software of the router is too advanced for BT equipment. Need this sorted as I work from home and if no working wifi I have to travel an hour and a half into the office and an hour amd a half back home(no fun if on NMW)

Ok so when you say BT equipment you mean the exchange not anything you have in your property/router.

Does your EE service still include a phone service through the phone line or is it digital.

It sound more like a line fault, but Openreach cannot find it, so blame the router!

Have EE sent a new router?
