I have a similar problem but after chanigng from winter time to summer time - oue phones keep going back to winter time after incoming call.

All other service providers claim the issue is with the CLI not updating to summer time - but EE have told me it's our handsets that are at fault. Surely not as they are new, and not all three can be wrong. It seems a signla is incoming on the incoming call and forcing it back one hour - so clearly can't be our phones.

Hi @elizabethfallen,

Thank you for posting. If you power cycle the phone (turn it off and back), this should make the phone reconnect with the hub and this will update to the correct time.

To turn the phone off, hold the red end call button in.

Thanks,

Paddy
