      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have the exact same problem for my home broadband. &amp;nbsp;I received a text on 8 April advising that my bill was ready to view but when I use the app or log on to the website, the only bill that I can see is dated 11 March. &amp;nbsp;An amount was taken from my bank account today and I don't know what it relates to as it is almost double the monthly broadband cost that I agreed in February when I was persuaded to switch my account from BT to EE. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
