    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order to move from BT broadband to EE broadband on 11th April, and the go-live date is today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The order is still open (I'm aware that the service has until midnight to go live), but none of the equipment (router, TV mini box etc) has been dispatched yet - it's showing that it's been delayed and has been like that since the order was placed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm concerned that I won't be getting the additional kit that goes with the change and that I'll be paying for (TV mini box, hybrid connect, WiFi extender)&amp;nbsp; until an as yet unspecified date, and I've also been advised that I need to return my BT Smart Hub 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance would be welcomed.&amp;nbsp; My worry is that my order is stuck in this status and I won't be getting my new kit anytime soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
