Hello,

I called BT to renew my contract but they moved me to EE broadband

I was sent an email to create an ID with EE ...but I already have an ID since I'm already an EE mobile customer, do I need to open another EE account to manage my broadband ? no way to link them?

when I login to my existing mobile EE account there is no trace of my broadband order

Also, I was told I don't need a new hub, I have the original BT smart hub, is that correct? I don't need an EE hub?

thanks

You need to add your BB to your existing a/c. In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband.

You don't need the EE Smart Hub Plus router but it has better WiFi than the BT SH2.
