Setting a PTR record

Hi there, how would I go about setting up a PTR (reverse dns) record on my EE Fibre Broadband? I am hosting a mail service on my IP address, and need to set up the PTR record at (IP).in-addr.arpa to allow emails to pass to larger providers like Yahoo Mail.

@Arzumify I don't think that is something that EE offers. If you are on Home Broadband your IP address will be dynamic and change every now and then.

If you are on Business Broadband with a static IP, you would need to get in touch with EE Business Broadband Support, it is not something that can be done on here.

I'm not using a domain host. I'm using a server on my local EE network.

Unfortunate. I'll try asking EE support first, and if that doesn't work, I'll try using an alternative service.

I mean for the domain of the email addy that that you are serving.
