EE 1.6GBPS WIFI CONTROLS

Hi all, I have the 1.6gbs package and i havent been able to access wifi controls (or wifi enhancer) for a while now. i find this quite strange considering im paying 69.99 a month for features we cannot use? I have cleared my app cache/data and reinstalled it multiple times. When will this be fixed? Will we get any money back because of this? This is the only problem we have because the speeds are perfectly fine.

(im aware this has been queried multiple times, but i find this frustrating, we only got it installed in November and switched over from BT. Feel like a beta tester for unstable software at this stage)

Same package same issue since November - no compensation and even had a price increase to £75 now so you can guess where this is going. The only thing I managed is to get a written confirmation I can leave penalty free if I want.
