i was sent a offer of 12 months free xbox game pass with my broadband. the link said wait 14 days and i will be able to activate it. i waited 14 days and it still didnt work . spoke to customer care who said they would send a request direct to microsoft so i can get a link off them . i was told 5 working days which i waited and nothing. anyone had this issue before. spending hours on the phone is not ideal trying to sort this.
