    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently moved from BT Broadband FTTP to EE Broadband FTTP and EE TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I did this in store and the services seem to be working fine (I did increase me speed from 500mb to 900mb- I have not seen an increase in speeds)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The services were activated on the 13th March&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed the new router and TV equipment and returned my old router ( which has been confirmed as delivered)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My BT Broadband account has not been cancelled and the Direct Debit was taken out today &amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When logging in to EE online. Broadband account says that the order is pending and the TV account says that this information is unavailable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a case of waiting for the information to become available?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was under the impression from the EE shop that the broadband transfer would be automatic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Will I need to cancel my BT broadband?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
