    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4341976"&gt;@TazminaKhan1992&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; When did EE receive it back ? &amp;nbsp;And did you request this item to be returned via the correct channels? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Just to add proof of delivery doesn’t mean it’s been processed as a return and until it’s processed as a return EEs systems will say it’s not been returned so a automatic letter is generated requesting the item back. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else just received a letter from EE stating that they are going to be charged for a broadband hub that they've already sent back and have the proof that it's been delivered back to EE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
