Where can I find the actual end date of my EE broadband contract? And if the contract will be end of 8 May 2024 and I want to leave EE. Anything I need to do?

Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 2) in my sig. and give 14 days notice OR

If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP other than VM or if you're moving to FTTP, you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill.

EE have gone down hill, they now make everything difficult, unhelpful and tricksters.

I will be changing everything to a new provider
