Hi All

We now have Sky Glass with EE broadband. When we turned the TV on and had Sky broadband, Sky Glass was immediately available.

Now, with EE Broadband, we turn the TV on, and it takes approximately 30 seconds to allow a connection. Before this, it just said there was no connection.

The TV is connected to the broadband via an RJ45 connection.

Do you have a question.

Sky Glass needs a minimum connection speed (generally) and might not work well over mobile broadband if that is the service you have.

Which broadband service and speed do you have.

Hi I can’t connect my sky glass to ee WiFi at all and am having to send my tv back
