Hi,

Anyone else unhappy that broadband parental controls are not available for "legacy accounts"? I upgraded my broadband only in November thinking I would have access to the parental controls that are heavily advertised. But no. I don't have access to this feature and I have a 14 year old and want to use it. I have to wait to renew my contract when he will be 16.

So 18 years of loyalty gets you nowhere.

Not particularly, esp. as the EE app for EE New BB doesn't work too well!

Have a look at OpenDNS Family Shield . It only needs the DNS changing on your router & does not require you to install s/ware on your kid's devices.

I'm not sure. I need to set it up first, if I can. I am neurodiverse and already I'm a bit stuck. Will keep trying.

I have an EE Smart Router.

I wasn't well for a while and I'm going to try and pick this up again. I just want to ban YouTube and games as that is all my kid does now. Constant arguments.
