Just noticed my Hub updated from:

Firmware version: r1.29.0-R-950306-PROD-83002

GUI version: 1.11.0

To:

Firmware version: r1.34.0-R-994210-PROD-83002

GUI version: 1.13.1

Let's hope it feels like less of a beta product now!

Update 1: Just factory resetted the Hub for some quick testing, the UI is still slow initially and still gives a [CHOP3-800] error but does feel a little faster afterwards, VoIP also seems to connect faster

Mines just updated to r1.34.0-R-994210-PROD-83002r also, GUI seems quicker although no DDNS 😔

Can you use WiFi controls as loads of people were unable to so wondering if this fixed anything?

Sadly it cannot be forced so I guess they are rolling it out slowly and just have to wait but I don’t expect great things to suddenly happen sadly 😞

GUI was updated too - had this overnight too. It seems that the web interface is a little more smooth after but my WiFi controls are still not working despite this and new app. Having a call tonight from EE to see what can be done next.

The only visible GUI change I noticed on the router with the newest 1.13 firmware is that they fixed the styling for the list of devices connected to the router which I posted about back in February - https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/Router-page-css-messed-up-was-an-update-rolled-out/td-p/1356872

There might be more behind the scenes but that was the only obvious one to me.

@monitorcurve : Oh, yes, I never encountered that but I never had any intermediate versions between 1.9.0 & 1.13.1.

Ah that makes sense, I'm trying to make a timeline list of the firmware/gui updates that have happened in the past 12months, and I that css error was in the middle of those 2 updates:

Still Buggy, Digital Voice Issue where you can't hear incoming calls and when you call out sounds like you dial-up you after restarting Hub and ONT just get Digital Voice back I have tried flagging it With New EE and they don't seem to care about the issue pass you to different team

@UkzVortex98 I imagine that the next Pro firmware version will be "r2.68.11-R-1213091-PROD-1" as the GUI for both the Plus and the Pro are very similar
