I have just moved across to EE 900mbs from BT 900mbs, on BT I had 3 wifi disks and was told that

I could keep these and use them on my new EE Smart Hub Plus. Unfortunately I am unable to get

them to work, they go through the fully cycle then the light turns a solid red. I am now thinking that

they are no compatible ? If thats the case then I may have to invoke the 14 day cooling off cancellation.

Can anyone advice please.

Thanks

There seems to a pattern here, When I switched from BT to EE i mentioned my wifi disks (black) i was told they'd be ok by the engineer, i even showed him the locations and the disks. His response “oh yeh they're fine” well they're not fine they don't work with a ee hub. I’d guess ee know this and just spin their customers a line to get us to sign up!
