UPnP settings XBox

Hi - my tech skills are limited and my knowledge of the XBox even more limited.

Just updated to EE Smart Hub Plus and cant find UPnP settings in the Hub Manager. I see mention of UPnP in port forwarding but I've no idea if that's what I need or how to set a routine up. NAT settings won't stay open and dont know what channel should be on (used channel 2 with BT but isn't available with this Hub).

Can anyone help? If you can, please spell things out for me as my knowledge on this is slim....................

@sianljay : The uPnP switch will be found in the SH+ router under Advanced Settings > Firewall > Configuration.
