Mustrum,

I could post pages and pages of log showing drop out of ethernet everyday. We are on our 4th smart hub after having a gen2 hub for 3 years working fine.

BT have inspected fixed all lines outside and yesterday inspected and checked speed of internal connection. No issues anywhere now.

4 routes down all with the same issue line drops out for 2 or3 seconds then pops back up.

BT man yesterday suggested a Draytek 3rd party router with wan connection to smarthub. Would this cure it?

Do EE have any equipment that actually works?

Thanks

Guys. Help.

We are now on our 4th new hub, had several engineers out and all outside lines are perfect. Today another engineer has checked inside and all is fine. All cables upgraded to cat-8, and each and every day it drops out for 3 seconds at a time. Not helpful when gaming or in a meeting. The old hub from 3 years ago fine and lovely no issues smart hub is pants. So before I tell them where to stick it I wonder if anybody else has the issue, I am copying technical log below.

Not much to go on there @steve1963ball , the log is not long enough to see any patterns. Have you changed service or just got a new router?

Have you had a replacement hub?

Not seen anyone else with similar issues
