New router trouble

Hi,

Just had everything installed today with a new EE router, plugged it in, lights did what they were supposed to do and then the router started to update.

It says it should take 20 mins to an hour but three and a half hours later it’s still going, any ideas why?

@Bob270 Have you tried closing the app and restarting it?

Do not restart the router though.
