      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve recently been moved from an EE landline to the new BT Digital Voice service…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;…payments are coming out of my account but there are no bills showing in my online account. The final bill for the old “copper wire” landline is showing, &amp;nbsp;but no bills for the new contract. &amp;nbsp;I’ve had an email to say a new bill is there, &amp;nbsp;but it’s not there when I log on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
