Been a loyal BT customer for years, never had any issues that lingered they always been attentive. My full fiber was clocking at 150 and now I have moved to EE 900 Mbps. I was told by an adviser (EE) last Friday (my completion date 080324) that the speed would change to 900 Mbps on Tuesday (4 days) never had it with BT always the same day, is this technically true? Thanks in advance!
