Hi

The agent did say I did not need a new sim with me already being on ee and keeping the same number but got a message earlier saying a new sim is on its way.
I will see what happens when the new sim arrives and see if that sorts the app out for me.

cheers for the reply back 👍

Hi

Moved to the new ee system from Bt when I rang about my renewal (Broadband and house phone) on Tuesday morning and even taken Up there sim only contract. I am sign into the ee app no problem but I can not see any information regarding my broadband package and mobile sim package or payment details (need to set up DD) it just keep saying “sorry something gone wrong” or “This service isn’t working right now”. Is this normal or has something gone wrong with my account?

Have you received your new SIM?

If yes, are you able to link this to your EE account?
