      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just had my EE broadband upgraded to FFTP was working when engineer left but after an hour the PON light on the router is flashing green . Rang EE but seem to get BT who then have to contact EE very confusing 🤷‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;. Text EE get callback says hi I’m BT then says no I’m EE🤷‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt;. Any way &amp;nbsp;I’m shocked they say I have to wait ,terrible organisation that the internet service is lost while it seems an accounts verification issue hopefully. Is this Normal that internet service is lost for a long period if so why ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
