Returning an old router to EE

Good evening,

I wondered if anyone can assist. I need to return my old router, I was sent a bag and there was a letter with it, I guess it was the instructions on how to return. Unfortunately I have misplaced the letter. Is is just a matter of carefully packaging the router and popping it in the bag, then to post office. How will they know it my router, do you have to pop your name/account number on a form and place in the bag.

Please advise.

@Liz_02 The label on the packaging has information on it that’s used to know who’s has sent it in.

I've returned mine and im getting constant text messages saying not returned
