If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently upgraded from the standard broadband with landline equipment and signed a new contract for Broad and Fiber Plus no landline for where I live, however I'm not sure what I'm suppose to be waiting for either a speed increase or new equipment? I got my latest bill for my broadband which will be fine to pay, but I just need some help on what to do. Its been around 2 weeks no and nothing has happened so I don't want to be hit with a random bill which I haven't even recieved the benefits for yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
