    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just switched from BT to EE and equipment due to be delivered today and also due to go live today, I don’t have any confirmation emails or anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should I have received a welcome email? Or will the details etc be included with the router?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks I Got most of that in the contract and pre contract docs that I downloaded during the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but like you say I kind of expected an email from EE with account number and next steps stuff and maybe some instructions on setting up the app etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i guess I’ll figure it out &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so I phoned and it looks like the email address was wrong, they changed it and resent the welcome email, however I can’t seem to add any of my products to the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there any other emails that I should have received? Maybe something with an EEID?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have setup a ID but it won’t let me link the products.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
