      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have repeatedly tried to merge my phone and broadband with no success. It takes me to a faulty page and any broadband query is met with "broadband is not available in your area ( well miracles do happen as I've had it for over 5 years)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As my contract expires soon(£27 monthly) EE offers me the only service available @£70monthly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confused ? Well you should be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
