Will EE update the dashboard to split the wifi bands i can't do it only EE support can do this atm this can happen

What EE router are you on? If the latest EE Smart Hub+ it is NOT possible to split the Network name for 2.6 & 5 bands.

That is same as the BT SH2 where you can’t split the Network name so I assume it’s the same as yours. So it’s still no.

The customers care did manage to split up the WiFi for me so why can't they allow customers to do it them selfs

With the BT SH2 it’s not possible to split the Network name as shown by the various posts on the BT Community.

It seems strange that EE support can. Does it show the separate names on the hub settings?
