    <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;New to ee. Set up my broadband and followed all instructions, everything set up and connected. Now I cannot connect any device in the house to the new broadband, the new broadband isn't even an option for phones and iPads to connect. Anyone else had issues, more importantly has anyone got resolutions for this. Because it's doing my nut in&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have the Smart Hub Plus use the pin reset button beside the power button.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a suggested import from my previous broadband router. &amp;nbsp;It did import all the devices to the new EE hub but also imported the old network name and password. &amp;nbsp;I assume if I also run a Factory Reset of the EE Hub it will revert to the initial network name and password as set on the Settings Card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. The option to import the old router's WiFi settings is just a convenience for you so you wouldn't&amp;nbsp; need to change the settings on your devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
