Ordered Friday with commissioning scheduled for next Tuesday.

I believe this is a very acceptable lead-time.

1st tranche of equipment delivered Saturday.

Warning!!!! Review your notified equipment list carefully. Mine showed 3x Mini Boxes plus 1x Smart Hub which is insufficient to complete installation and commissioning of EE Broadband and EETV. No mention of EETV Box anywhere.

So I guess there's going to be a delay in being able to use the EETV service.

Hi Ray4850,

I should have mentioned my 1st tranche delivery today was 1x Mini Box
plus 1x Smart Hub.

So the Broadband switch should be OK.

I was advised by "150" today that the second tranche of the equipment
has to be delivered (sceduled for 27th) before they can put another
order on for the missing EETV Box.

I might believe I am being drip fed EETV except for the fact that they
are say they are delivering 3xMini boxes, because I understood the
package would be 2xMini Boxes plus EETV box.

Presently I believe this error is the result of a "typo" when they put
the order onto their provisioning system.

Well I hope it gets sorted, I have read that some people have to wait 2/3 weeks for TV box, I don't think my wife would be happy if you pay for a service and only get half of what's ordered.

Hi Ray4850,

For myself and many others as posts on the EETV section will attest.

However, as I understand, those moving from BTTV to EETV do have a
planned path within EE for doing so now.

The rebranding and launch of EETV has been a nightmare for all concerned.

It also appears that the Apple TV fraternity have also suffered.

It might be that those opting for the Apple TV Box option have a more
expeditious resolution as that box was native to EE before the rebranding.
