Unable to access WiFi enhancer

Hello I'm having issue my broadband package was upgraded yesterday to fiber 67 full works an the WiFi enhancer option dose not show up anywhere or in my ee WiFi settings so I can't use the option I'm trying to find out why it not showing up

No it just not showing up on anything the option for some reason

Hello I'm facing the same problem but when I get yo the WiFi enhancer page it says there is a problem and it's very frustrating, could you possibly help me?
