      <title>Cancelled order reactivated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered 1.6 GB &amp;nbsp;and the order was accepted back in January. I was subsequently told that I can’t have it as I’m with BT with sport.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;no problem, I sent the equipment back. I’m abroad at the moment &amp;nbsp;and I can’t call as it’s £3 a min. &amp;nbsp;I’ve received a text and email to say an engineer is booked and my new service will be activated! &amp;nbsp; I’ve managed to get through on text help but I’m not &amp;nbsp;convinced that they will cancel the reactivated order. &amp;nbsp;I don’t want my current service with BT stopped. If the engineer doesn’t install the new ONT does that mean the switch can’t happen? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;foes anyone from EE monitor this and can offer assistance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
