    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive had broadband now for almost 2 years, rung multiple times and been told it’s being ‘sorted’ and still not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get my bills to my email, of which I have an account yet I can’t view them and my broadband account doesn’t show on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They are still claiming they have technical issues linking the accounts. I'm currently going through the same problem. Just make sure you have a complaint open with them and you can then take it further if it's not corrected in a certain amount of time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
