      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband is down for 2 hours now. 2 kids that aren't happy at all and can't watch TV due it needing broadband. When will this be fixed! I'm not paying for no service. Anyone else down?? Phone support says 4 days to fix!! Didn't even want to be an EE member this was a BT communication lack&lt;/P&gt;</description>
