Hi trying to find length left on my broadband contract I look under plan summary and it says included and that's it screenshot attached. What does that mean???

@Flightyknighty it means you can't find out from there, you need to look at the letter/email sent to you when you took the contract out, or give the Broadband Care Team a call.

They are not so bad, always been friendly and helpful when I have called - and it is not like it is a hard question for them !!

I found this email. This'll make me sound thick but does this mean contract ended last October so I'm free to switch?

but hey it might still be worth a call, a. To make sure b. To see if they can match any offer you may have. c. To cancel if you are not moving for a like for like supplier.
