I just recently joined EE after being with BT for years and i was just wondering when i placed my order why i did not receive the EE pro box with my order i do still have the BT you view box but i dont know if they are the same can anyone shed some light on this for me please.

What BT box do you have? If it's the Pro, then as far as I know, they are they same in all but appearance. See the images here.
