Care home room landline

Hi, my mother is in a nursing home, and the mobile signal is awful. We are considering trying to have a landline (no broadband) fitted and connected in her room. Would EE be able to do this, and how much would ot cost . Thanks.

@cresser You’ll need to order broadband to have a line, new installs don’t get a phone line as such as they now have phones connected to the router for a digital connection.

@cresser if you have not already done so, I would approach the care home to see if they have any existing arrangements with a supplier.

If not I suggest you will need to do some more research, there are products being developed for customers who do not also need broadband - although the solution might be delivered over a digital product.
