      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just&amp;nbsp; upgraded my EE broadband and set up a new direct debit. £31.99&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The broadband went live on the 13th of February.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But they have taken another payment today (15feb) for old EE broadband, a different direct debit £46.94&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I cancel that direct debit?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
