No internet/broadband

Tried all the obvious. Re start/reset router.

Discoonected and re connected all devices.

Router light is on and working as normal.

All devices say connected without internet.

Had this problem 2 days now.

And yes the bill is up to date.

@AaronJoiner1 have you spoken to the Broadband Care Team? It is a bit late now as they are closed, but have a look at the following Help page,
